The reason why I began Chiropractic Care was because I had sinus problems, upper back pain and jaw pain. I have experienced these problems for at least 10 years. I would have tight muscles in my upper back which made me get stressed out so much easier. I also grinded my teeth at night pretty bad. I used to go to the chiropractor when I would start to have upper back pain, but I only went until I felt better. Now I know that that was the wrong thing to do. Now that I go on a regular basis, I feel better all around. I do not get sick as much and I am all around more relaxed. My jaw feels much better. I have less to no upper back pain and rarely have a headache.Dr. Huffman has helped me to acknowledge the positives in my life and to appreciate them to the fullest. I began chiropractic care for overall better feeling. As my treatments progressed I noticed that things like my stomach aches I would get at times and my allergies began to decrease in frequency.
